Carers at Home

Providing you with the most professional, most reliable Carers

Circle of Care's home care services provide hands-on help with those basic functions of life, all provided with sensitivity to the emotional issues so often connected with an inability to perform these essential functions.  Our Carers are trained to ensure that they promote the health and wellbeing of our clients, be that mental, physical or emotional, whilst at the same time providing practical help in whatever area they are needed.

The process begins with a careful evaluation of our client's needs and wishes, often involving family and loved ones, from which a Care Plan is developed. This Plan is flexible so as to meet the changing day-to-day needs that you or your loved ones may have and will also confirm the number and length of visits required on a daily or weekly basis as well as the type of help needed.
